Additionally, Residents (or their families) may purchase a “Flipper Big Button Remote” from Amazon which is compatible with the Shaw receiver box – This remote is “Senior-friendly” and only has large buttons for Power (On/Off), Channel (Up/Down) and Volume (Up/Down). The Chalet will also be making a bulk purchase of these remotes and they will be available for purchase from the Chalet Admin office for $60.00.
