• The north wing of the Chalet Malouin is home to residents 55+ or special needs that are able to live independently, also called Elderly Persons Housing (EPH).

    The Chalet Malouin offers fixed rents for bachelor, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. These rooms are equipped with full kitchen, and private bathrooms.  Heat, hydro and water are included in the rent. Telephone / satellite tv are the tenant’s responsibility. Parking and cable are optional; for an additional fee.

    Tenants have access to:

    o    the chapel, sewing room/ hobby room and laundry rooms
    o    the meal program through the purchase of meal tickets that can be obtained at the General Admin Office 

    They can participate in monthly activities such as:

    o    the exercise programs, Bingo, the birthday party of the month, organized outings, etc. 

    The Chalet also offers:

    o   flowerbeds and garden space for those who love to garden
    o   use of gazebo and center courtyard for family gathering / activities
